- Kyokushin Karate Sensei - Jacob holds a 3rd Dan (degree) black belt and came to Houston to open a dojo and take on new students.
- Training - It is not unusual to see Jacob out running or performing martial arts kata in a park.
- Street justice - Jacob is a vigilante. Yes, a rich guy who spends his nights in a costume beating violent criminals up.
- Recreation - On the rare occasion Jacob goes out he will generally sit in the VIP section of a club, order expensive bottles of liquor but not drink any of it himself. Straight edge?
- Fight Club - Jacob likes to keep sharp by entering matches in underground "fight clubs" that happen from time to time. He feels it is better training than sparring where punches and kicks are pulled.
