Wassily/Introduction

Arriving from Vienna on request from the Tremere Pyramid & Houston Regent David Frost on a plane, Wassily Fashingbauer sticks out in Texas like a sore thumb. Weird, European, judgmental, almost humorless, vaguely eldritch, he is every inch a warlock.

Since his arrival, he's had his ups and downs. As the consummate bureaucrat, he's frequently leveraged black books and blackmail in equal measure to horn in on local news media control and City Hall. His relentless efficiency and diplomatic acumen have won him few friends, but some allies. He's also been literally dismantled on at least one occasion by the local Sabbat scourge. Above it all, he seems to be a staunch advocate for the Camarilla establishment, and above that, Clan Tremere. As a result, in mere months he managed to secure a spot on the newly reformed Primogen Council, amidst a bevy of strong Tremere candidates for it in the city.
