University of Houston: The Tremere base of power is located here, so naturally he spends a lot of time here. Some of his influence extends over the University in mysterious ways...

Nightcrawler: Somehow or another, Wassily always seems to travel in journalism and entertainment circles. No, that's not his profession. He has people for this. Not quite a mogul or franchise owner either. More like a weird cult operator or 'source'.

Politics: His lawyer is always up at City Hall doing something or another.

Warlock: He knows some useful spells and thaumaturgic blood magic, and is willing to use it given good cause.

Power-brokering: If he can advantage himself in any sector, or win an ally that can be useful to him, Wassily will be there. He does not mind paying costs, but also likes to extract prices, as many Tremere do.
