Kate
Katelyn "Kate" Carsen was born in LA though she's lived throughout the states over the last decade. Her upbringing was fairly unremarkable as far as most would be concern, though her youth was marked with a strong desire to help and advocate for others.
After high school she went to nursing school and since has been working largely as an emergency room nurse. For various reasons she seems to rarely work or stay in any particular city for more then a year or two, despite always coming with great references when she moves on.
Recently she's relocated to Huston and is settling into her new work, looking for an apartment of her own.

- Street medicine - Kate volunteers with the street outreach team (but never in the 3rd Ward for some reason), she may be persuaded to assist with your first aid needs if you fall in this population
- Athletic - Kate can be found jogging, or sometimes at a boxing gym
- Burning off steam - While Kate isn't a fan of mood altering substances, her preferred form of disassociation is getting lost in a crowded with dancing and music until she's too exhausted to think about anything else
- Feminist and Advocate - Kate fiercely believes that it's the responsibility of the able to stand up for those who can't protect themselves in all aspects of life, sometimes this is subtle, sometimes this is overt, but bullies and predators don't fair well when they cross her path.
I'm pretty open to all sorts of RP, but be aware like anyone else on the grid there's more to Kate than meets the eye.
