CLAN TREMERE:

• Sheriff: Constance Fairchild - As one can imagine, they work tightly in concert with one another, though they mostly function independently, not unlike islands. He holds her in high esteem.
• Regent: David Frost - This was the Tremere that summoned Wassily in the first place. He considers him somewhere between a comrade and a teacher.
• Eleanor Hart - These two have often been seen commiserating and conspiring to get her to become Keeper of the Elysium, but he's thus far failed and they haven't seen much of each other for a while.
• Marcel Leveau - Though he's intended to use him to bolster the Tremere fortunes, they haven't been seen much.

THE PRIMOGEN COUNCIL:

• Seneschal: Abraham Creed - Though Wassily may make pretenses sometimes to stand shoulder to shoulder with this Brujah Elder, it's well understood that he is subordinate and should feel fortunate to remain in his good graces. He has never presumed to stand in Abraham's way yet.
• Ventrue Primogen: Sonja Ashton - It is well known that they have very little relation with one another, as most of Wassily's time was spent courting Estrella 's favor instead. They've only ever traded a few words together.
• Nosferatu Primogen: Crowley - Their relationship regards matters of state, usually, though they rarely seem to have any kind of friction. One might easily mistake them for friends at Court.
• Malkavian Primogen: Ellie Young - Wassily and Elizabeth work together well, and sometimes enjoy talking to or past each other, depending on how the Malkavian is feeling that night. They gel notably well.
• Gangrel Primogen: Jason - Wassily often condescends to Jason, and thinks himself superior to him.
• Toreador Primogen: Ana Waldon - It's become known that they frequently make dates to natter about the Praxis, with Wassily considering himself something of an outsider and relying on her wealth of scuttlebutt and the willingness to divulge it.
• Brujah Primogen: TBD

THE CAMARILLA:

• Rilyn Ri Delacroix - Wassily has made no secret that he intends for this Caitiff to have someone claim responsibility for her (though it won't be him), and that he is highly suspicious of her.
• Vain - Though they don't have much interaction outside of the Elysium, they seem to work together amicably enough.
• Giles Brennan - Deals have been made to allow for Giles to operate with impunity inside the University of Houston. It's no secret Wassily thinks of Giles highly.
• Tsubaki Saeko - It's doubtlessly common knowledge that the Tremere sees commonalities between their arrival to Houston, and intends to work with her closely to secure power in the sectors she operates within. Some say he spends too much time with her.
• Isadora Taylor - Though they don't interact that much, he's been complimentary of her service as Whip to Clan Toreador.
• Sebastien De La Briere - He seems to appreciate his antics, and can relate to his old world sensibilities strongly. Though, like with any Malkavian, he seems a little lost with him sometimes.
• Barnabus - It's no secret he resents him for securing the Keeper of the Elysium position over Eleanor, but beyond this he finds him adequate in all other regards.
• Ciro - He seems to respect this Elder greatly.
• Luke - Wassily spoke highly of his invective during the debate, though like any Malkavian, he unsettles him somewhat.
• Veronica Chevalier - The Tremere mostly thinks of her through her relationship with Constance, which he would be loathe to despoil, but between them personally, he is usually ambivalent...if not happy to avail himself of her services when they are available.
• Eddie Dubois - As with many, they were like oil and water, and Wassily rarely missed a chance to secure a political victory over him until his Final Death, which he watched callously with his own two eyes.
• Ceetha - Though he made certain promises of an ongoing relationship between his clan and the departed Chancellor and Oracle, she burned up a lot of her goodwill by disappearing without a trace.
• Milos - He spoke highly of this Ventrue and looks forward to utilizing him as a political bridge to Clan Ventrue.
• Cavendish - They haven't had much personal interaction, but he's made no bones about his skepticism and wariness of the Kiasyd...though he's not willing to risk the Prince's ire by going any further than that.
