Intel: He's a Nosferatu, so you know he has the ability to dig up secrets.
Heavy: Crowley has served as both a Scourge and Hound throughout the years in other cities, and has a reputation for a significant level of martial prowess. He's not a bad choice to bring along to a brawl.
Mediator, Facilitator: Crowley was Primogen of Clan Nosferatu prior to the council's disbandment, and he remains one of the Clan's primary representatives within the city. If you need something from the clan, he's a good place to start.
