Kira Belmont is a recent arrival to the city, a Eurasian immigrant 'expanding the family business' and 'seeing the United States' officially, yet unofficially there's a little more going on beneath the surface.

The daughter of a well established arms smuggler who works beneath the cover of a legitimate 'Import/Export' business. The lone bastet whose family connections lead to her very specifically coming to the city to provide aid both personally and materially to the Fera facing the serious threats lurking in the dark of Houston.

Having now been within the city for almost a year, the 'kitten' has learned, lost and grown from her experiences. Still a young tiger in an unfamiliar world, the Sept of the Holly King and her new pride (or in this case pack) of the 'Threadwalkers' has offered her a family beyond simply the distant khan across the sea.
