Character Creation Rules

What's Available?

Garou Tribes: All except Croatan & White Howler
Ananasi: Tenere, Kumoti
Bastet: All but Bubasti
Other Fera: Corax, Gurahl, Kitsune, Mokole, Nuwisha, Ratkin
Kinfolk: Must be Homid
Minimum Age: 18+
Restricted: No Hengeyokai allowed, No Psychic/Numina/Supernatural Kinfolk. We are full on gun weilders and makers at this time.

Secondary Abilities: While secondaries do provide a -1 difficulty, we are in the process of phasing out many that are in the system, and would strongly recommend focusing on Primaries and leveraging the Well Skilled Craftsman rule to achieve the same things with a stronger dice pool.

26-30: 50 XP
31+: 100 XP

Knife Skulkers start with 3 free dots in Contacts.
Warriors begin the game with Rite of the Pain Dagger, and 1 dot in the Fetish background in order to own a Pain Dagger. Further dots in Fetish can be bought to increase the Pain Dagger's power.
Engineers must begin with one of the following Flaws: Curious, Absent-Minded, Delusions of Grandeur, or Kleptomania.
Plague Lords start with 3 free points in Medicine. Further dots can be bought with freebie points.
Munchmausen start with 3 free dots in Expression. Further dots can be bought with freebie points.

+note/set me/...: Due to the numerous strengths and weaknesses of Ratkin, we need you to set notes on yourself. What is your Muchmausen's delusion, your Plague Lord's disease spirit, your Engineer flaw, etc. Even just copy/pasting your strengths and weaknesses out of the book into a note will help you and anyone you need to prove mechanics to.
